Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via the contact form. Note: Returns must be sent to the address we specify (provided after you contact us).
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
